The story about Nanoha wanting 100 sex buddies has concluded and turned out to be a positive surprise in many ways. I wasn’t originally going to pick the show up because it sounded like American Pie The Anime, and it only ended up on my schedule after Senkou no Fail Raid got dropped. However I quickly found it to be one of the best comedies in the season alongside Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou and Working!!.

Since we’re going around episode 10 now, I thought it would be about time to crank out a post about the series that have survived on my schedule thus far. You know, I had gradually stopped thinking that people still bother spewing out the usual “this season is the weakest ever“-bullshit. But then I ran into some jackass on IRC who did just that. “Look at the previous 3 seasons, weakest shit ever“. Dude, I’m sorry to break this for you but the previous three seasons were exactly the same shit as the three before it. But I guess people have the long term memory of a donkey. Story so far: I dropped K-ON!! for being dull, Night Raid for bad rep, and I wrote about how Angel Beats! sucks too much to be dropped. Now I was thinking of going through the rest one by one but hell, why do that? I mean, I don’t really have all that much bad things to say about them, and I like them too much to come up with any. Kuro was right. The sheer magnitude of cockblockery in this episode could power three more quakes in Haiti. But it’s not a bad thing really, B Gata turned out to be the top comedy in this season. Yamada is a slut of course, but seeing how damn insecure she actually is makes me unable to really hate her. Her sister is a whole different matter though…

I concluded that my thesis is ahead of schedule enough for a little shit league marathon of the now beginning spring 2010 season.
